This session reviews how to manage difficult tracheal and bronchial collapse cases. Through case studies, newer concepts regarding the pathophysiology of tracheobronchial collapse, and concurrent diseases that may exacerbate collapse, are considered. Discussion will also cover the diagnosis of tracheobronchial collapse in practice without the aid of fluoroscopy and scoping and treatment options in these patients. The session addresses refractory collapse cases and when to perform surgery vs. tracheal or bronchial stenting. CE Credits: 1 Hour
