The Strategic Planning Process

This session is for attendees without a strategic plan and those looking to improve one. It provides the tools needed to create or evaluate a plan and determine how well it contributes to hospital growth. Topics include: what "strategy" is and why is it important; how to build an effective mission statement; becoming a values-driven organization; developing a vision for your hospital's future; and setting goals and measuring performance related to your hospital's plan. CE Credits: 1 Hour
