Practice Team Registration
Bring additional staff members from your practice!
One CVMA-member veterinarian and additional registrants from the same practice receive a 10% discount on their full conference registration. Every registrant gets the discount. Confirmation materials will be mailed to the primary veterinarian.
A registration form must be filled out for each attendee. There must be at least three attendees from the practice to be eligible for this registration. The discount applies only to full conference registration, and does not include special programs which require a separate fee (e.g., Breakfast sessions, labs, additional events, etc.). Payment must be made at one time for all attendees. Call 800.655.2862 or mail in the form to register for this – not available online.
