The Pacific Veterinary Conference is sponsored by the California Veterinary Medical Association (CVMA). If you are not a CVMA member, you can join now and save money on registration! Call 800.655.2862 for more information.
California Veterinarians: The CVMA, the sponsor of the Pacific Veterinary Conference, is a statutorily approved CE provider in California. CE earned at PacVet will be accepted by the California Veterinary Medical Board toward the mandatory 36 hours required every two years for re-licensure.
Texas Veterinarians: To receive credit for your CE at PacVet, you must follow proper procedures per the Texas Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners. Pick up a checklist at the registration desk and sign in. Then track your CE hours on the checklist and turn that in before you leave the conference. A PacVet staff member must verify your hours before you leave and give you a certificate. These certificates cannot be mailed or given out after the conference.

Full conference registration for veterinarians, practice managers, veterinary technicians and veterinary staff includes the following: all CE sessions, Vet Expo admission, complimentary lunches and breaks in the Vet Expo, continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, evening events, a meeting tote bag, and a syllabus on flashdrive. Staff Group Registration
The Pacific Veterinary Conference offers a staff group registration option for non-veterinarian staff from the same practice! This allows four different staff members to attend one of the four days of the conference.
Discount Practice Team Registration
Bring additional staff members from your practice! With Discount Practice Team Registration, one CVMA-member veterinarian and additional registrants from the same practice receive a 10% discount on their full conference registration.
The Veterinary Information Network (VIN) is sponsoring an internet café during the conference. Visit the computers in the registration area to check your e-mail or catch up with your favorite blogs.
Several food events are available to full conference attendees at the Pacific Veterinary Conference! Continental breakfast and coffee/beverage breaks are provided for attendees and registered guests each day. On Friday and Saturday, a hosted lunch is provided in the Vet Expo. Lunch is on your own on Thursday and Sunday.
Your name badge is required to attend sessions and to enter the Vet Expo. Please wear it each day. Name badges can be picked up at the registration desk - they will not be mailed in advance. Please note there will be a $25 fee for replacement badges.
If you wish to bring a guest you may purchase guest badges for a $30 fee in advance or at the onsite-registration desk. Guests can visit the Vet Expo and attend complimentary special events, but cannot attend continuing education sessions, labs, workshops or breakfast sessions. Guests may join registrants for lunch and/or continental breakfast at an additional cost by purchasing meal tickets in advance or at the onsite registration desk. Guest badges are not available for veterinarians or RVTs.
Each attendee is provided with a syllabus on flashdrive. The syllabus will also be available online before the conference; you will be able to print the sections you want before you come to the conference. If you are interested in purchasing additional flashdrives, visit the registration desk.
Moderators receive discounted registration. Moderators must be CVMA members. If you are interested in moderating for two, three, or four days, contact Lily Briggs at 800.655.2862, ext. 26.
